ME=WE PATHWAY
SYSTEMIC PATHWAY
ME=WE Pathway starts by identifying their passion, purpose, and commitment to follow through a service journey with actions and reflections. Individual’s capacities grow and develop as they experience flipping/connecting tipping points and working with community described in figure 8, which is a guiding light:
1) PREPARE (mindful check-in), 2) DISCOVER (listening to the system including self), 3) OBSERVE (holding space with an open mind-heart-will), 4) FLIP/CONNECT ( commitment with empathy and curiosity), 5) DEFINE (unified vision and collective leadership), 6) PRACTICE (building and testing prototypes), 7) EVOLVE (reflect, learn and move forward).
We're on a journey that keeps going like a flow of water, but each time we go around, we grow a bit more. It's like a ripple effect - the more we grow, the bigger the impact. The first thing we do is get to know self and then become a part of community. Then, we start working together to come up with fresh ideas and action as service. The third step is about making a bigger splash with what we do and how we connect with others. This whole process is super important for understanding the interconnected and inter-influential nature of relationships.
ME≠WE
ME IS NOT WE
We embark on this quest by cultivating an acute awareness of the world's current state, encapsulated by ME IS NOT WE (ME≠WE). This initial phase paints a vivid picture of the global landscape marked by divisions, fragmentation, and adversarial relations. It is an awakening, a realization that the human condition requires a shift in course.
ME+WE
ME AND WE
The next step propels us towards understanding the significance of ME AND WE (ME+WE). In this phase, we recognize the limits of solitary efforts and acknowledge the immense power of unity. Alone, our influence is limited, but together, we wield the potential to enact profound change.

As we progress, the transformation deepens, leading us to ME WE AS A UNIT (ME WE). This phase is an immersion into our interconnections, interdependencies, and interrelatedness. It's about embracing the profound sentiment of "I need you to know who I am." This requires us to flip our perspective, forging meaningful connections with others, and redefining our sense of self.

The final phase marks the pinnacle of our journey, as we uncover the ultimate truth of ME IS WE (ME=WE). It's here that we grasp the union concealed within our differences. This realization becomes the catalyst for co-evolving our consciousness and actions, championing diversity, and fostering a spirit of cooperation. Together, we embark on a mission to co-create the oneness of humanity.
