INNOCO aims to empower youth of the UAE and internationally to co-create social enterprises or community service projects. This initiative is a grassroots effort, which was founded by Yunsun Chung-Shin, Professor at Zayed University, Collage of Arts and Creative Enterprises in 2015. With a team of passionate and professional experts in their respected fields, INNOCO believes in providing opportunities for youth to have a say, envision and create confidence in building sustainable ideas in communities.
Through the INNOCO workshop series, youth are provided with support and tools to drive projects and to train youth as leaders and facilitators; an investment in life-learning skills. Projects may lead to local areas in the UAE or involve international travel to assist other youth communities into the development of their environments.
It's time to serve and grow by co-creating solutions to real- life problems. Through human-centered design, collaborations with experts in the field and problem-base learning, youth have the opportunity to use their capacity to nurture their communities or those they travel to.
