ME=WE PATHFINDER community

"Everyone has a role to play
in community building"

If you love working with people, creating engaging space, seeking creative ways to help people refine your changemaker identity, build capacity to design and facilitate, and grow a vibrant community where you live, this is a call for you.

ME=WE PATHFINDERS is a community of individuals who are facilitator, teacher, coach, and/or facilitator-to-be with interests and passion for community building, coaching or facilitation. Through a series of workshops, participants experience becoming a facilitator, guardians of transformative space from 'change-maker' to 'pathfinder', walking through a ME=WE pathway in a new light. Heart-connecting activities and capacity building tools are at the centre of the program. New pathfinders will learn to build meaning relationships and spaces for creative community engagements.

pathfinder [ˈpɑːθfʌɪndə]
a person who goes ahead and discovers or shows others a path or way.

Upon completion of this program, participants can become certified INNOCO ME=WE Pathfinder for the ME=WE Pathway and its changemaking workshops. Certified pathfinders will be invited to run ME=WE workshops globally!

The ultimate goal of this journey is acquiring the pathfinder’s elixir – an elixir that bestows the precious capacities to discuss some material and spiritual progress in our society, to initiate actions which contribute to healing the ills of our communities, and eventually to promote the oneness of humanity. Of course, the journey is weighty, challenging them to overcome their many constraints. The rules are simple and strict – to stay on the path until the final destination, where we all celebrate the most important accomplishment: profound personal transformation, and its positive impact on others.

Yuna’s pathfinder story

In the heart of a bustling city, Yuna embarked on a journey that would forever change her perspective on community building and personal growth. She had always been passionate about making a difference but often felt overwhelmed by the magnitude of the task ahead. Her discovery of the ME=WE Pathfinder Community marked the beginning of a transformative journey.

Yuna's first encounter with the Pathfinder program was at the IGNITE workshop, where she met fellow participants, each with their unique vision and a shared eagerness to learn and grow. The facilitators, with their warm and inclusive approach, created an atmosphere that fostered open sharing and connection.

Yuna's journey through the Pathfinder phases was a profound experience, mirroring the real story of Alia, another pathfinder. In the ME≠WE [ME IS NOT WE] phase, Yuna was confronted with the reality of how individual actions and perspectives can impact the community. This phase taught her the importance of empathy, understanding, and the need for a harmonious balance between individuality and collective wellbeing.

The ME+WE [ME AND WE] phase was a revelation for Yuna. She discovered her true self and how her individual strengths were crucial for the collective good. This phase reminded her of Alia's journey, where she learned about the impact of faith and principles in the lives of her younger brothers.

In the (ME WE) [ME WE AS A UNIT] phase, Yuna learned the value of teamwork and mutual support, understanding how collective efforts can lead to greater achievements than individual endeavors. It was during this phase that she felt a deep connection with Alia's story, particularly the way Alia facilitated understanding her brothers’ journey in faith.

The ME=WE [ME IS WE] phase was where Yuna's creativity and skills truly shone. She learned the importance of collaborative solutions to challenges, much like how Alia had designed an engaging children's prayer book, combining faith and educational activities.

Throughout the program, Yuna was particularly inspired by the meditation sessions and the use of dynamic tools like Miro, as Alia had described. These elements brought the virtual participants together, creating a unified space for learning and growth.

As her journey neared its end, Yuna reflected on her growth and the deep insights she had gained. She realized that the Pathfinder program was not just about becoming a facilitator; it was about a profound personal transformation that empowered her to make a tangible impact in her community. Yuna's story, influenced by Alia's experiences, is a testament to the transformative power of the ME=WE Pathfinder program, shaping individuals into agents of positive change in their communities and beyond.
