For parents learning to hold both roots and wings — steadying the family field while letting the next generation take flight.
Beneath the forest floor lies an invisible network — not just roots, but a living web connecting the whole ecosystem. Above ground, each tree appears separate. Below the surface, they are already linked.
Within us, a similar network exists — like the neural pathways connecting thought, memory, sensation, and choice. When that connection is disrupted, the body sends signals immediately. Connection is not optional; it is the condition that lets us function as a healthy whole.
So why do we — already connected — so often push each other away and treat disconnection as normal? Perhaps connection isn't broken. Perhaps we simply haven't looked at it from another angle yet.
It is not a session for listening to explanations. It is a time to see with your own eyes and build with your own hands. Every ME=WE workshop walks the same arc — six movements, head, heart, and hands in the same room.
The session closes with each participant articulating a personal ME=WE Story — a small, intentional action to experiment with. We don't promise dramatic transformation. But many leave saying: “Perhaps we were already connected.”
Co-created by Yunsun Chung and IN-Collectives — and still evolving with every group that walks through it. Follow-up sessions available as a package.
