Second Life Series

Self-care as the first practice — before you can hold anything for others.

What It Is

A short series on the fundamentals of looking after yourself — movement, sleep, eating, and stillness.

Four ordinary things that decide most of how a day goes, taken seriously and practised together rather than explained. Co-created with Taejin Kim and Vahid Buehrer.

Why

You cannot pour from a body you are ignoring.

Young people are asked to contribute, lead, and care long before anyone asks how they sleep. Second Life starts at the other end: get the basics honest and steady, and everything built on top of them holds.

What Happens
Move

Exercise you will actually keep doing.

Sleep

The one habit that changes all the others.

Eat

Food as care rather than fuel or guilt.

Still

Meditation — a few minutes that belong to no one else.

Photos from the series — to be added.
Format

Run as four sessions, a weekend, or one theme at a time.

The four fundamentals stay; the pacing, the age group, and how much sits inside an existing programme are set with you.

Full session details for this series are still being written — ask us and we will send what exists today.
